Permit for Sales/Promotions

Introduction 

The application of Promotion Permit is for traders who wish to have sales promotion in the mall / at the warehouse / in the open space / in front of business premises. 

How To Apply 

  1. The forms are available at the Main Counter level G and Licensing Department at level 13. 
  2. Completed forms must be submitted together with one (1) copy of each required document.
  3. The duly completed Promotion Permit Application Form must be submitted at the counter Licensing Department on the 13th floor or at the Main Counter level G. 

Guidelines

Includes one (1) copy of each of the following documents:

  1. Copy of Identity Card. 
  2. Copy of Business License / Business Registration certificate. 
  3. Letter of Permission as Building Owners / Land. 
  4. Location Plan of Business Site. 
  5. Letter of Permission from The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs if the applicants wish to hold a discounted sale. 

Terms and Conditions 

This sale permit application must be filled in two (2) weeks prior to the date of the sales. 

Terms of Payment

Permit for payment of sales / promotions must be made before the activity is carried out after obtaining the approval letter.
