This Plan Book does not require any planning permission.
How To Apply
The Consultant should get this book at Counter 4 Building Department. In this book similar plan contained three types of telecommunications transmission structure for building. They are the minimast, boom and unipole.
Terms and Conditions
- The completed form must be returned with the following documents: -
- Form A and 'Cover Letter' from a qualified consultant engineers.
- 1 copy of the Tenancy Agreement or other applicable supporting documents.
- 1 copy of the updated Civil Protection Insurance
- 1 set of estimation report of structural design certified by consultant engineer.
- 1 copy of the letter and 1 set of approved plan of mounting structure by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
- The coloured image of the current site conditions is mounted on the Standard Plan.
- Additional documents for the construction of telecommunications transmitter structures on the minaret :
- 1 copy of the approval letter from JAIS / MAIS (if applicable).
- Completed application forms filled out by the applicant.
- 2 sets of the similar plan signed by the owner of the structure and qualified consultant engineers.
- Letter of Undertaking for on site complaints and problems.
Guidelines

Plan Book of Equivalence on ‘Amendment Application for Approval of Additional Intermediate Terrace House -1 Hour Approval’ is available at counter 3 of the Building Department, 8th Floor, Elevator A, Wisma MBSA, Persiaran Perbandaran, Shah Alam at a price of RM50.00 per copy.

Plans submitted will be reviewed by the Advisory Service Officer at the counter of Buildings Department on the same day of the plans are submitted. If the plans are in compliant with the guidelines provided, the billing process will be done by staff counter. Plans that have been stamped, approved letters and other documents will only be submitted for approval to the applicant after the receipt of payment is submitted to the officer in charge at the counter.
Terms of Payment
Payment must be made on the same day of the submission of plans with conditions that such plans are in compliance with the application guidelines..
