Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA) has received several awards at state and national level for the year 2015. The recognition accorded it is something meaningful and to give impetus to the MBSA employees to provide efficient and effective service to the public.
The Council has received the first Award in the category Green Initiative Collection System And Re-use Rainwater (SPAH) in the World town planning day celebration organized by Ministry of urban wellbeing in 2015, housing and local government. The prize was presented by YB. Dato ' Abdul Rahman b. Dahlan, Minister of urban wellbeing, housing and local government.
MBSA also received first place in the Administrative and Office management Award of Excellence, the Selangor State Government Administration (APPC) 2015 for category Management core. In addition, the Council also received a special award from the Selangor State Government through the X-Park Group because successfully became the champion in a Convention award for innovative and creative group (ICG) of the public service, the 28th Time 2015. EX7 Group won the Grand Prize (best end product category) in the Program Challenges My Innovation in public administration of the Selangor State.
While the Group X-Pert Special Award Innovative Creative (KIK) Convention awards innovative and creative group (ICG) Public Service Selangor Darul Ehsan State level To-28 2015. The Council once again receive good tidings when Bam-Boom crowned Vice Champion (technical category) Convention awards innovative and creative group (ICG) Public Service Selangor Darul Ehsan State level To-28 2015. Each of the award was presented by YB. Dato ' Haji Mohammed Khusrin Munawi, bin Haji Secretary of the Selangor State Government.
This recognition is given on ongoing efforts to continuously improve the MBSA in the public service and to produce more creative innovation to speed up the service management in MBSA. This also received recognition will not be placed in the MBSA comfort zone on the other hand would be the impetus to MBSA to improve the performance of services to the public.
