Establishing a data-driven culture in the public sector that adheres to a principle-based approach through the use of data and digital technology.

Transforming the delivery of digital services in ministries/agencies with a focus on customer experience, based on a Whole-of-Government concept, through innovation involving data sharing, open data, and emerging technologies.

Evaluating, coordinating, and approving digital service requirements, Technical Service Design, and development budgets, as well as managing agencies as implementers of digitalization initiatives and projects.

Leading change through the Alignment of the Digital Transformation Strategic Plan (PSP) of Ministries/States/Agencies with

Ensuring that the agency's PSP (Digital Transformation Strategic Plan) aligns with the Public Sector PSP and Risk Management and Change Management Plans; ensuring that the agency’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) is available; and

Ensuring the Enterprise Architecture blueprint

Strengthening the agency's digital governance structure and coordinating the use of policies, standards, and global best practices.

Reporting the implementation and progress of digital transformation to the Honorable Chief Secretary to the Government as the Chairman of the Government Cluster under the National Digital Economy and 4IR Council through the government cluster secretariat.
