Permit for Parking Construction Materials

Introduction

This application is specifically for light renovation such as the conversion of floor tiles, fence design modification and enlargement of the main entrance, roof repairs and the like. 

How To Apply

1. The applicant must fill in the information in the Parking Permit Form of Building Materials as follows: 
• Proposed Title 
• Date of application 
• Proposed Owner Name and Signature (as in the S&P) 
• Name and Details of wholesaler/ Contractor 
• Signature wholesaler / Contractor      
2. The applicant must attach the supporting documents such as Application letter for Parking Permit of Building Materials. 
3. Submit the application to Counter 1 of the Building Department.             

Guidelines

The form may be downloaded for printing. It must be filled in and submitted along with other supporting documents. 

Terms and Conditions

The completed form must be returned with the following documents: 

1. Application Form for Parking Permit of Building Materials
2. Extension Permit for Parking of Building Materials.

Terms of Payment

Application will not be processed unless receipts are submitted to the counter of the Building Department on the day of payment as a proof of payment without receipt.
