    3. Managing public transport terminal operations
    4. Coordinating the operations of public transport operators and terminal tenants​
    5. Management of public complaints regarding public transport
    6. Provide an inventory of public transport facility projects
    7. Maintain public transport infrastructure facilities​​
      a. Terminal / Stop​ (sek. 17, sek. 13, sek. 19 & sek. 14)
      b. Bus stop(504 unit pondok bas)
      c. Maintain pedestrian & bicycle track facilities​
      d. Maintain bus poles, info panels and bicycle rental facilities.​​

    8. Prepare a report on the status of public transport facilities in the Committee Meeting
    9. Implement enforcement actions against operators and public transport companies that violate the law
    10. Prepare an action plan for maintenance and financial needs.​

    Customers Charter​

    1. Repair minor damage to terminals, stops and bus shelters within fourteen (14) working days.
    2. Give comments on bus route permit support applications to the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) within fourteen (14) working days.​
    3. Coordinating Public Transport Special Committee Meetings 4 times a year.​
