  1. Coordinate the official events of the Council.​
  2. Coordinate domestic and foreign visitors.​
  3. Answering and giving feedback on issues arising in the mass media.​
  4. Preparation of Media Statements for the information of the mass media.​
  5. Coordinate MBSA social media.​​
  6. Promote the Council's organization and services.
  7. Strengthen the operation of the "Shah Alam On Wheels" (SAOW) Team to strengthen the delivery system.​​
  8. Help coordinate campaigns organized by the Council.​​​
  9. Prepare Diary and Calendar for the Council.​​
  10. Prepare the Annual Report for the previous year.​​
  11. Publish official books for Shah Alam City Council (Fragments, Shah Alam Lens, Newspaper Clippings and Exclusive Books).​
  12. Prepare and design newspaper advertisements (print media) for the promotion of services, latest information, programs and activities of the Council.​
  13. Prepare speech text for YAB Dato' Chief Minister​, EXCO, Mayor, Deputy ​Mayor, Deputy Secretary of MBSA, Counc​ilors and so on​​ ​
  14. Drafting, planning and designing billboards for programs / activities as well as the latest information such as Assessment Tax, council services, the Birthday of His Majesty the Sultan of Selangor and so on.
  15. ​Prepare and design promotional materials for the Council's official social sites such as the MBSA Portal (sliders & activities), facebook, instagram and twitter.​​
  16. Provide photographer services for official Council events and photo sessions for staff and MBSA Council Members for organizational use.​

  18. Manage Call Centre (1-800-88-4477) Toll free line.
  19. Carry out monitoring at the location of complaints periodically.​
