Bin Roll-On Roll Off (RORO) construction waste is a type of bin provided by the Shah Alam City Council for the purpose of collecting all construction material waste for or building before it is sent to be disposed of at the Waste Disposal Centre.

Roro Bin Placement Conditions
- RORO bins cannot be placed opposite the premises even though in front of the lot is a reserve site for public facilities such as recreation fields, schools, water tanks, electrical substations, water taps and so on.
- The applicant must submit a site plan showing the location of the RORO bin placement.
- The placement of RORO bins should not cause disturbance to adjacent neighbours and should not obstruct traffic.
- The applicant must ensure that the bin is placed in a suitable area without affecting the landscape plants planted and maintained by the Shah Alam City Council.
