Public Cleaning Services

​​​​​Introduction

​​The Department of Solid Waste Management and Public Cleaning through KDEB Waste Managemnet also provides services such as grass cutting, drain cleaning, collection of garden / bulk / illegal waste (KPH) and sweeping in residential, industrial, commercial areas, protocol roads and promenades. Meanwhile, the cleaning services of Council stalls/markets, low-cost multi-storey houses and large drains (monsoon drains) are carried out by the Council. This cleaning service is to ensure that public areas under the administration of MBSA are always clean and beautiful.

Application for​ New Area Handover


Domestic waste collection and public cleaning services will only be implemented 6 months after obtaining a certificate of occupancy. Before the service is given, the developer needs to be fully responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the area.
