Renting Special Car Parking

1. Post-Dated Cheque dated 1 day of the month for rent payment for a period of 6 / 12 months.
   
2. The rental period is for one (1) month only and will be extended to the next month as long as the conditions set by the Council are complied with.
3. The deposit will not be returned if the tenant terminates the tenancy without notifying the Council in the writing before the end of the agreed term of the tenant has arrears of rent for the Special Parking Space to the council.
4. Renting a Special Parking Lot is required to comply with the conditions and all the rules and orders of the law under the control of the Council.  Failure to comply, the tenant may be subject to compound action.
5. Only portable​ ramps are allowed. Concrete ramp construction is not allowed.
6. Tenants are allowed to place special signs that are managed by the tenant himself/herself.
   
7. Special Parking Lot that is rented only loading / unloading goods, exit and entry of vehicles and parking of registered vehicles only. It is not allowed to park business items or business equipment on special plots.
   
8. The Council reserves the right to change or terminate the rental of a Special Parking Lot if the tenant violates the conditions that have been set in the public interest.​
