60 DAYS TO 1 DAY”. This project is one of four national projects that were shortlisted for
the Challenge to Improve Performance Competition of LA;
3) Runner Up for Foreign Billboard Competition, LA, in conjunction with the National
Language Month Competition 2011;

Therefore, I am pleased to state that MBSA staff does everything they can, has the initiative
and strives to maintain achievements and accolades, as well as improve performance to a
higher level.



STATEMENT OF MBSA CORPORATE REBRANDING


To ensure balance and accountability of management and employees, and to safeguard the
interests of the stake-holders and customers, the Council has implemented the rebranding of
corporate disclosures. The re-branding is carried out through four (4) stages :
i) Management (P olicy, Vision, Mission, and Objectives);
ii) Customer Charter (Q Policy, Ethics MBSA, 5S System Policy);
iii) Operating System;
iv) Physical branding.

MBSA rebranding process began on 5 April 2011 and was officially launched on 12 October
2011 by the State Secretary of Selangor.
