My Adrenalin Rush

I came to Shah Alam in 1989, into my house in Section 4 and am now
happily living here with my children and grandchildren eversince. My four
grandchildren, aged between
10 to 3, are also staying with As a septuagenarian and a retiree, I am now 72
me and my wife - as their years old, I jog every morning around the lake,
parents are working in Shah from the big blue Sultan Salahuddin Abdul
Alam and nearby Klang. Aziz Shah mosque (the icon of Shah Alam)
to the SIRIM building near PKNS complex,
to the Wet World Aquarium and back again to
the waterfall at the Kedai Kopi - throughout
the meandering jogging path with all other
joggers, walkers and passing through groups
doing Tai Chi and Aerobic. The jogging path
is about 4 kilometers for a complete circle
round the lake.
