E xisting relationship between the Governing Mayor of
Surabaya with SACC is being maintained and strengthened
as a ‘sister city’ that began in 2006. This collaborative
relationship provides knowledge sharing and exchange of
information between the two towns, the city of Surabaya
and the city of Shah Alam.
The progress in development , technology and current
services available in Shah Alam is considered as a model for
development in the city of Surabaya. Knowledge of tourism,
sports management, public transportation, organised
residential areas development, information technology
systems used are therefore set as an example for them to
strengthen the township.
